Our minibus

We have a 17-seater minibus available for use by community groups.

Costs

We request a donation of £30 per day to help offset the cost of insurance, MOT and Road Fund Licence plus 5p per mile to cover maintenance costs. We require a £300 deposit seven days before the hire starts.

The minibus will be handed over with a full tank of diesel and should be returned with a full tank.

How to book

Download these two forms and print them. Complete the booking form and one driver registration form for each driver who will drive the minibus. Return the forms to the address shown on them.
