When your cub joins Wolf, please fill in this form and return it to us by email or on you cub's first night.

Timetable and permission slip

Each term, a parent or guardian must give permission for their child to take part in activities away from the Scout Hut. Please print this permission slip, sign it and return it at the beginning of term. You must return this form as a hard copy and not an email attachment.

The Cub Scout Law and Promise
